Zuhair Mehrali

“Over the past two and a half years we have been lucky enough to have Zuhair on our team, as an editor compositor on a visually rich, fast moving animated series project here at Sun & Moon. His role was very varied and he did such an amazing job for us. He has a thick skin and is able to adapt and be flexible with changes to a project. Swapping hats between, video/sound editing and comping as needed. His communication skills were also excellent, we worked remotely but he was always quick to respond. He also pulled some after hours time for us at short notice occasionally which was really appreciated. He is also technically strong with software and is able to learn new programs quickly. Zuhair's compositing and grading work on this series also shows what he can bring creatively too with subtle artistic flair while working well as part of a 3 person comp team. His skills in graphic design and motion graphics are also a great asset and he recently went above and beyond there, producing titles, which I imagined would be simple white txt on a black BG ended up as a set of beautiful animated title cards. Zuhair is a great all rounder but not a jack-of-all-trades, he's just very skilled in all areas!”
